Michael Kondracki has been designing and building outdoor spaces since 1984 — a career spanning four decades and a body of work that ranges from intimate residential gardens to expansive estates and corporate campuses across Massachusetts.
His approach draws from a wide range of influences — formal, natural, seaside, Japanese, and European — but always begins in the same place: a thorough understanding of the site, the client's vision, and how the space will actually be lived in. No two designs look alike because no two properties are alike.
Michael specializes in coastal and New England landscaping, with a deep familiarity with the conditions, plant palettes, and design sensibilities that define this region. That expertise is reflected in work that feels rooted — not imported.
